Conditions of Sale
We try our utmost best to answer your questions and help you decide what you need. This way, we hope to ensure that you buy only what you need and are completely satisfied with all your purchases from Transat Electronics.
All products sold are final sale with no refunds or exchanges.
Refund
In the event of extraneous circumstances, we may provide a partial refund of certain products within 7 days from the date of purchase or receipt of an order. In such cases, there will be a restocking fee of at least 20% (plus applicable shipping and handling charges). The purpose of the restocking fee may be to cover the cost of refurbishing a product or to resell at less-than-original price.
Exchanges
Hardware (including dishes, LNB’s, switches, etc) that cannot be used or is unneeded may be returned for exchange or store credit. Product(s) must be in their original sealed packaging with all original accessories and items. Satellite receivers are final sale.

Orders that have not yet been shipped may be canceled by contacting us directly by phone or email »
Warranty
Any defective items should be reported to us as soon as possible. We may provide an exchange or replacement at our discretion upon testing or troubleshooting the problem with you.
